Inclusion Essentials at Edinburgh is an ‘expected learning’. This course will provide you with a foundational understanding of what inclusion at UoE does and should be like for our staff. Inclusion doesn't mean treating everyone the same. It's about understanding people's different needs, perspectives and backgrounds, and ensuring equality of experience.
