Rachel Barrie Rachel Barrie is a whiskey master blender at Morrison Bowmore and graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MSc in Chemistry in 1991. Evelyn Roe Evelyn Roe is an ethnobiologist, botanist and published author who has conducted much of her research in Africa and the area of Southern Zambia.
