Support tools will include: The Policy also introduces an Individual Adjustments Plan (IAP). This document is a record of any requirements disabled staff might have, and adjustments which would help them perform their job to the best of your abilities. The plan does not include any sensitive data regarding any disabilities employees might have, and only focus on requirements and agreed adjustments.
